1. Quality

We’re committed to delivering on our promises. That’s why, in addition to mandatory building surveyor inspections, we employ a third-party building inspector to oversee all of our projects. This inspector works independently and supplies us with objective reports at critical stages of a build.

We also use quality materials as standard on all of our builds. These include Hebel PowerPanel wall systems, Colorbond Steel roofing, semi-commercial aluminium windows and 20mm stone benchtops.

2. Value

We don’t aim to be the cheapest, but we do aim to provide the best value. To us, this comes down to providing quality homes that our clients love at an affordable price point.

We do this by leveraging many of the advantages of choosing a pre-designed home, but allowing for the sort of flexibility you would otherwise only get from a custom home build.

3. Sustainability

Residential buildings are responsible for around 24% of overall electricity use and 12% of total carbon emissions in Australia.

We’re committed to designing and building homes with seven-star energy efficiency ratings as outlined under the Nationwide House Energy Rating System.

We know that energy-efficient homes can lower energy bills, improve occupant health and comfort levels, and reduce carbon emissions to give you a better quality of life.

How flexible are you with your home designs?

Being a low-volume builder allows us to focus more on our customers and cater for their needs. This allows us a lot of flexibility with our home designs. What areas do you build in?

We're based in Melbourne's northern suburbs, but build all over Melbourne - from Carrum Downs in the south, Werribee in the west and Ringwood in the east.

Do you do knock-down rebuilds?
